Given the western culture for technical resources, such as [fill in the blanks] in the areas of household governance, autonomy, independent self-home-rule and the employ of guiding tenets that harmonize democratically, without becoming some creepy invasive top-down surveillance bureaucracy merely calling itself a democracy in name only; therefore what would be some areas of expertise to addressing diverse needs by filling in the blanks at the top of this question? This is my homework assignment.
