Modern Americans are largely unaware of the fact that today's Federal Government has been a total farce (illegitimate) as to Americans, dating back to the overthrown reconstruction -- which spanned between the years 1865 to 1877.
Let's face it. We all know something isn't right. Even those of you employed at or elected to office, you realize your environment that is above your pay grade isn't making much sense and has been downright destructive.
Today [it] really only "operates" for those "persons" inside the beltway (10 sq. mi.) and other persons on its specific properties owned by or ceded to it. By administrative paperwork the people file, the people have ceded a "citizen person" to the government to which the people file. It's that simple.
The people go on to then get themselves addressed at whatever:

or some such federal zone identifier, even though they write it as:
John Mark Doe
205 Swan Street
Pryor, Montana 59066
Can you see what is going on? You are having a PERSON created in your name and entrapped into a scheme where you have to go inside of [it] to have your rights converted into priviledges. People then walk to your front step with a device and record your FIPS Number, which is their newfangled property identification number Federally. We (NAME IN CAPS) "reside" the "Washington D.C. thing" into the "State Thing" and we personate ourselves none the wiser. READ THAT AGAIN UNTIL IT SINKS IN.
How can I ascert such a thing? Well, it's very simple.
American's identities have all been stolen years after our parent(s) volunteered them to the State Probate Court to get their LEGAL PERSON created by way of fraudulent conversion. Your given name becomes your legal name. There are now two of you. The name stealers could not let this magical opportunity slip away. They have perfected a means to have four of you standing in various capacities and now you can see which one of these "things identified" (aka Resident) is being addressed based on visual styles alone.
We then take up the word "resident" and make it our own description of ourselves having NO IDEA what that word "resident" really means.
You, the resident, are only allowed to see certain public side and private side information. You have an up hill climb to get your own self-generated private side information to carry needed weight to protect you inside a contrived LEGAL SYSTEM in which your "stood-up" identity [in effect a routine practice of the khzarian mafia] is made under false judaic influence over the entire modern administrative "system" we Americans fall prey to. We too commit fraud when we take up and use these stolen identifies as if they are our own. After all, you were the one who went ahead and humanized your name, becoming the monster who created something by joining your names to become First Name, Middle Name, Last Name in commerce as a thing identified. You are now written as "an Encounter" to everyone who sees you "present" or "appear" in front of them for any reason.
John Mark Doe becomes JOHN MARK DOE and then later JOHN DOE and then later JOHN M DOE and little John has no idea that he now gets to administrate all those state created PERSONS. It's name stealing times four. You have to get some printed declarations into the record to fix this for yourself.
Now to them you are a U.S. Citizen PERSON (fiction) doing administrative foreign business for JOHN MARK DOE and you are a Municipal Citizen of the United States PERSON (fiction) doing administrative domestic business for JOHN M DOE and you are One Having a Soul PARISHONER (fiction) doing administrative ecclesiastic non-profit business for the holy see for JOHN DOE. Lastly there is You, the man or woman who is left to sort it all out and defend yourself as best you can as an enemy of the State.
The most evil of these name stealers are RKM BAR card carrying attorneys who take belongings from people under color of law, standing easily in a racket with the court, especially after we allow ourselves to come complicit in the fraud by printing such LEGAL NAME on our document records. We go "inside the bar" where we no longer have rights. We pay penance. We change from one status to the next, being deceived because it's okay to be deceived. This manner of business being conducted led the states to wanting to secede from the oncoming ungodliness.
Before the so-called Civil War, there was the American Government of the unincorporated Union states doing business as the Confederacy of The United States. This confederate government had been staffed by volunteers who served in elective office to tend to certain delegated matters for the people. It was the people's American government. In the 1960's its overthrow was cemented and cured as per the demons. Today we have to be reminded that theft by pirates does not mean lawful ownership was transferred. What it means to me now is Americans need to rise up in recovering the loot and returning it back to The People.
Great Britan hates America for this powerful "walk-away" from the throne of England that must now be liquidated upon the upcoming death of that Queen, the stolen wealth of Americans owed to us shall be returned fully exempt from levy.

This tragedy can be briefly and bluntly accounted for by six factors:
1) the sheer unpreparedness of the victorious Union to undertake something as unprecedented as a political reconstruction of a third of its territory;
2) the insurgent resistance of the defeated South;
3) the unwillingness to prolong a military occupation to deal with that insurgency;
4) the deaths and removal of the Radical Republican leadership (starting with Lincoln);
5) the resurgence of the Northern Democrats; and, finally,
6) the shortsighted decisions of the federal courts.

The Khazarian mafia is trying to negotiate a surrender, according to high-level intelligence agency sources. David de Rothschild, chairman of the board of directors of the World Jewish Congress, the first thing you need to know is that he was indicted in Spain in 2015 for defrauding pensioners, as well as the head of the British and French branches of the Rothschild family, is offering to hand over control of the Western financial system to the Planetary Liberation Alliance. They are asking for amnesty in return. This offer came via the new head of the committee of 300 (who replaced Queen Elizabeth and is not Charles). The Illuminati council has granted this individual the power to negotiate with the alliance.
The alliance has responded with the following demands:
- A jubilee, as in a one-off cancellation of all debts, public and private, must be carried out.
- The wealth of the world -stolen by creating money out of nothing and charging “interest” on it- must be returned to the people.
- The post-war Western-led institutions like the BIS, the IMF, the World Bank, the UN, etc. must be replaced by something that actually serves the people of the planet.
- All the technologies, such as hydrogen and anti-gravity, that have been suppressed by the KM must be released to the public
- A massive campaign to end poverty and stop environmental destruction must be started.
- Democracy, freedom of the press and the rule of law must be restored in the Western countries hijacked by the KM.
- The true hidden history of the planet must be disclosed to the people on all the major media.
As far as the amnesty is concerned, the alliance itself will not take any aggressive actions against the KM. However, the various legal actions against them for massive crimes against humanity, such as mass murder by vaccine, will proceed in accordance with the law.
The next step will be meetings in person between representatives of the alliance and those of the Illuminati council. This will take time as travel arrangements etc. need to be made.
The KM are trying to surrender now because they fear a pogrom to end all pogroms will be carried out by the backers of US President Donald Trump.,

Amnesty

The only entity having the ability to extend actual State Immunity (Amnesty) to individuals who have been accomplices to crimes against us in international and global jurisdictions of the law, is our unincorporated Federation of States, The United States of America.
Joe Biden, the "President" of a foreign Municipal Corporation operating out of Washington, DC, can only provide protection from prosecution by the White House Office, Inc., and whatever franchises it may have.
Imagine being held harmless by the SPCA.
The claims of the DC Municipality to be an independent international city state are fraudulent; they don't own and were not granted the land they have occupied in breach of trust, fraud, and violation of their use permit. So good luck with them being able to cover any butts including their own.
The same is true of Donald J. Trump and the United States of America, Inc. and any new iterations thereof.
Ditto, ditto any "Planetary Global Alliance".
Nobody, but nobody, can forgive anything "for" us
Nobody and nothing can protect the offenders, but those they have betrayed and offended.
It's easy to see why.
If I step on your foot, whose foot has been injured?
Yours.

Hardly.
It's the same thing with the issuance of amnesty.
We and our States and our People are the ones who have suffered and we are the only ones on Earth who can hold anyone harmless for their offenses against us.
Joey can't do it. Donnie can't do it. Vlad can't do it. Not even the Pope can forgive you "for" us.
We are the only ones who can hold anyone harmless, and now you are asking if we will.
There are such things as innocent offenses.
Innocent offenses are unconscionable: the one committing the crime doesn't know that they are committing a crime and they have no substantial cause to know that they are doing anything wrong.
An example would be rank and file office workers engaged in registering Birth Certificates.
So far as they knew, they were processing routine public records, not implementing an undisclosed unlawful conversion of political identity --- which is a capital crime.
The same holds true for many classes of public employees, both military and civilian. They committed crimes. They committed treason. But they were completely snowed under, and there was no convincing cause for them to know better.
The local people at the DMV? They are cogs in a wheel, with no idea that they are breaking the actual Public Law and established International Law by enforcing State Statutes on Americans.
So we grant the Clueless the Idiot's Defense and pass them over.
The rank and file of our military and most of our Top Brass never had a clue that they were functioning as cheap mercenaries and committing crimes by following orders. They didn't know they were commiting treason against the American people, either.
The Generals and Admirals who siphoned off the gold and silver of the American people and transported it offshore, for example, knew what they were doing, but they were lied to about why they were doing it. They were told that this was necessary to safeguard our assets.
The last ranking Generals to call the fraud for what it was --- almost --- were Dwight D. Eisenhower and Smedley Butler. The last ranking Generals to take public action against it were General Roy Schwasinger, (Retired), in the Farm Union cases, and General Carter Ham during the Benghazi nightmare.
All the Secretaries of War and later, Secretaries of Defense, had to know. All the Secretaries of the Treasury knew. All the Federal Reserve Chairmen and Board Members. All the IMF Chairmen and Board Members. All the Deal Makers like Henry Kissinger knew. All the CIA heads knew. The "Presidents" knew. All the Higher Up MI6 Operatives knew. Douglas MacArthur knew. Colin Powell knew. Norman Schwarzkopf knew. The Big Business Defense Contractors and Oil Barons and Silicon Valley Big Wigs all knew.
All the principle Cabinet members of the Lincoln and Grant Administrations knew, and most of the Cabinet Officers of all subsequent Administrations knew. You'd have to be a Token Secretary in charge of painting dumpsters not to know.
Most members of every Congress and every kind of Congress for the last 160 years have known, with the exception of outspoken renegades like Ron Paul, who was sharp enough to know that something was desperately wrong, but such an Outsider that he wasn't ever given the memos.
To this day, the denizens of DC are playing his son, Rand Paul, and assigning him the heavy lifting without the benefit of full disclosure.
There are other instances of members of Congress who truly didn't know and instances of members who were brave enough to try to do something about the gross breach of trust, criminality, and corruption:
Charles Lindburgh, Louis T. McFadden, and James Trafficant are examples -- but they are few and far between.
Those who broke step with the criminal elements were harassed and subjected to horrible punishment, like the kidnapping and murder of Charles Lindburgh's baby. Louis T. McFadden was murdered, poisoned over a business lunch. James Trafficant was hounded and derided and used as a scapegoat and whipping boy for the rest of his life.
Any President or Attorney General who didn't stay in line at the Public Trough Buffet was promptly dispatched, and ironically, the men who committed these murders thought they were protecting this country--- and their own lunch buckets, of course.
We have patience and compassion for people who are ignorant and who have been purposefully reduced to ignorance by those benefiting from it.
We aren't hunting the Clueless among us.
We are hunting the hypocrites who coerced other people take the jab, got paid for it, but never took the jab themselves.
There are some things we won't forgive. That's one of them. You can guess the rest.
We have offered a General Amnesty for the truly Clueless, a Limited Amnesty for those who were under threat or blackmail or similar coercion to act as Accomplices, or who received simple bribes without knowing the true nature and extent of the crimes they were participating in.
Each case is individual, a matter of what you knew, when you knew it, what you got out of it, and what you did once you figured things out.
We aren't the Inquisition.
That role belongs to JAG and Quantico.
Our role is to hold down the Mercy Seat, instead.
