In light of this news item, perhaps "the de facto" can remind people that "The Law" says de jure people's right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Yes, arms. AKA the ability to defend one's self and one's property from all enemies foreign and domestic.

De Facto: corporations masquerading AS government, reacting upon all those obsoleted sub-contracts
De Jure: actual American people, born on the states, who've gotten themselves back in charge of their employees, calling them all back into their boxes
