-- INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE --

ADMINISTRATIVE STATES are scammers, liars and cheaters -- on top of being evil, greedy and double-dealing -- they are NOT on the side of We The People.

By: Crazy Jimmy James -- when being crazy matters

April 2, 2025

So just what are ADMINISTRATIVE STATES?

They are the name-stealing organizations who've run amuck of America for around 162 years now, since the days of the mercenary conflicts of the early 1860s.

Who? What? Why? Where? When? and How? are the ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES latching onto Americans, as if they've got any "say so" over the standard American non-statutory non-person non-resident people who exist outside of THIS PRESENT GOVERNMENT in all its infinitely standard corruptions?

Hey, wait a minute, that's you and me, outside of government! Yes, and we can join together and make a stand for the end finally for all of the above!

If this day is supposed to be some GRAND LIBERATION DAY... in fact what is a "so-called DONALD J TRUMP American Liberation Day, April 2nd?"

Then if we truly are liberated, meaning set free, our first order of American business is to shut down and/or reassign all of these ruthlessly evil Administrative States and get their hands out of our pockets and extract their overreach off our backs; and to see to it that we get them all out of our lives and gone -- into the dust bins of history.

If not, then.....

We can sue them all, in their official, public and private capacities to seek redress of grievances, treble damages, restitutions, reparations and the end of their faked professionalism and/or botched careers due to the crimes they are committing in and with our good names.

How can they continually lie, cheat, steal and protect their own, while at the same time constantly lie to our faces and work behind the scenes to accuse the ones they're supposed to serve of a bevy of lies, cheating and theft? Some of them won't actually call you a liar - however, their actions speak louder than words -- especially when they act upon you from given policy manuals.

You can find these evil policy wonks everywhere you look. These are your "so-called government agencies" who you have been led to believe are your government. But the de facto has NEVER been the de jure -- never in our lifetimes.

Our Government?  Nope! They are not! ESPECIALLY their ATTORNEYS!   Our President?  Nope, not if your an actual American.

For most of our entire lives, these people have been manipulated and engineered by international groups racketeering organizations who've cured the stolen identity of nearly every American while still tiny babies and still years below that age of majority.

Here are some examples (caps lock turned on):

Understanding Administrative States and the Uniform Commercial Code as they've all converted to for-profit status, thus losing their former qualified immunities

To address my PROVEN CONCLUSION that “ADMINISTRATIVE STATES are the various municipal agencies and subcontractors enacted under the FEDERAL UNITED STATES (as yet another for-profit subcontractor) as a part of the Uniform Commercial Code,” we must break down several key components: what Administrative States are, their relationship with Municipal Agencies, the role of subcontractors, and how these elements interact with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) to make an absolute killing off budgets as they've been doing for decades.

Defining Administrative States

The concept of Administrative States refers to the various municipal agencies, state and federal and its subcontractors that operate under federal statutes upon the United States -- specifically property owned by said Agencies. These entities are tasked with implementing laws, regulations, and policies that can significantly impact the lives of American citizens. This essay will explore how these agencies function, their perceived authority over individuals, and the implications of their actions in relation to the principles outlined in the Declaration of Independence.

Administrative states refer to governmental entities that have been established to implement and enforce laws and regulations over corporations doing business with and for government agencies.

In the context of "the UNITED STATES", these can include federal, state, and local agencies that operate within a framework designed to manage public policy and regulatory compliance. Examples include environmental protection agencies, health departments, and transportation authorities. Many years ago, each of these original government people had shut down what used to be dejure (meaning true and pure) and restarted as the defacto, which means fictional and foreign.

Municipal Agencies

Municipal agencies are specific types of administrative bodies that operate at the city or local level. They are responsible for implementing local laws and ordinances upon actual business entities. These agencies often handle services such as public safety, zoning, sanitation, and infrastructure maintenance for actual business entities. They play a crucial role in governance by ensuring that local regulations align with broader state and federal laws between local entities for the purpose of ensuring the rights of the people are not infringed upon; not trespassed upon.

Subcontractors in Government Operations

Subcontractors are private entities or organizations that enter into for-profit contracts with government agencies to provide specific services or products. These can range from construction firms building public infrastructure to IT companies providing software solutions for government operations. The use of subcontractors allows government agencies to leverage specialized expertise while managing costs effectively. Governments beg their TAXPAYER members of the community to fork over massive sums of money for whatever the whim of the particular agency becomes.

The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)

The Uniform Commercial Code is a comprehensive set of laws governing commercial transactions in the United States between commercial concerns. The UCC aims to standardize business laws across different jurisdictions to facilitate commerce - transactions between businesses for the purpose of for-profit business activities. The UCC covers various areas including sales of goods, leases, negotiable instruments, bank deposits, letters of credit, bulk transfers, warehouse receipts, investment securities, and secured transactions.

Relationship Between Administrative States and UCC

While administrative states (including municipal agencies) primarily focus on regulatory enforcement at various levels of government, they do not directly fall under the purview of the UCC. However, there are intersections where municipal regulations may influence commercial transactions governed by the UCC:

  1. Regulatory Compliance: Municipal agencies may impose regulations that affect businesses operating within their jurisdiction. For example, zoning laws can impact where businesses can operate.

  2. Contractual Relationships: When municipalities engage subcontractors for projects (e.g., construction), those contracts may be subject to UCC provisions regarding sales or services.

  3. Public Procurement: The procurement processes used by municipal agencies must comply with both local regulations and broader commercial law principles outlined in the UCC when engaging in transactions.

To re-summarize...

In summary, while it is accurate to say that Administrative States encompass various municipal agencies and utilize subcontractors for operational efficiency within federal frameworks like those influenced by the UCC, it is essential to clarify that these entities do not exist solely as part of the UCC itself. Instead, they operate within a complex legal environment where multiple layers of regulation interact. The existence of such sub-contract and for-profit partners of said agencies keep their activites "hush" from We The People while at the same time, they seek to lead people to believe they're actual lawful authority while THEY ARE NOT!  The same can be said about Administrative Law Courts and Administrative Law Judges.

Thereforethe assertion that ADMINISTRATIVE STATES are various municipal agencies and subcontractors enacted under the FEDERAL UNITED STATES as subsidiary functionaries as part of the Uniform Commercial Code is partially correct but requires clarification regarding their distinct roles within governmental operations versus commercial law frameworks.

Understanding Administrative States and Their Influence

The concept of Administrative States refers to the various municipal agencies and subcontractors that operate under federal statutes in the United States. These entities are tasked with implementing laws, regulations, and policies that can significantly impact the lives of American citizens. This essay will explore how these agencies function, their perceived authority over individuals, and the implications of their actions in relation to the principles outlined in the Declaration of Independence.

The Role of Administrative Agencies

Administrative agencies are created by Congress through enabling legislation. They are designed to carry out specific functions such as regulation, enforcement, and adjudication within particular sectors (e.g., environmental protection, public health). Examples include the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and various state-level departments.

These agencies have been granted significant power to create rules and regulations that have the force of law. This delegation of authority is often justified by the complexity of modern governance, where specialized knowledge is required to address intricate issues effectively. However, this raises questions about accountability and democratic oversight.

The Perception of Authority

Many Americans feel that administrative agencies exert undue influence over their lives. This perception stems from several factors:

  1. Regulatory Reach: Agencies can impose regulations that affect daily activities—ranging from business operations to personal choices—often without direct input from citizens.

  2. Lack of Transparency: The processes by which these agencies operate can be opaque, leading to a sense of alienation among citizens who may not understand how decisions are made or who is making them.

  3. Enforcement Power: Agencies possess enforcement capabilities that allow them to impose penalties for non-compliance with regulations. This power can create a feeling of being governed by an unaccountable bureaucracy rather than elected representatives.

The Declaration of Independence and Government Accountability

The Declaration of Independence asserts that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. This foundational principle emphasizes that authority should be rooted in democratic consent rather than bureaucratic imposition. When administrative agencies act without sufficient oversight or accountability, it raises concerns about their legitimacy.

Historical Context

Historically, there has been tension between administrative authority and individual rights. The Progressive Era saw a significant expansion in government regulation aimed at addressing social issues; however, this also led to debates about the balance between effective governance and individual freedoms.

Modern Implications

In contemporary society, this tension continues as citizens advocate for greater transparency and accountability from administrative bodies. Movements for regulatory reform often emphasize the need for public participation in decision-making processes to ensure that agency actions reflect the will of the people.

Concluding Arguments

In conclusion of our arguments, while Administrative States play a crucial role in implementing laws and regulations necessary for societal functioning, between actual registered corporations doing business therein amongst their enterprises, their influence over American lives raises important questions about accountability and democratic governance under our "so-called Republican form of Government" in this Country. As articulated in the Declaration of Independence, it is essential for these agencies to operate within a framework that respects individual rights and derives authority from public consent to stand ourselves up INTERNALLY AS CORPORATION SOLES under massive trickery designed to eternally steal fom us every thing they can get their fraudulent hands on.

The assertion that administrative states exert constructive fraud, racketerring influence and extorsion over Americans while lacking direct accountability reflects ongoing tensions between governance structures and democratic principles in a "SYSTEM" founded on centuries of classic hoodwink.

Understanding Citizenship and Corporate Influence

To analyze how regarding oneself as a U.S. CITIZEN (fictional role play character) can lead to a proven situation of force compliance and a sense of subservience to corporate bodies (bully pulpits), we need to break down several key concepts: citizenship, corporate influence, the social contract, the breach of contract and the civil rights violations that we all appearently some how consented to as tiny babies, when we could cry, suckle, poop and puke without any real necessary training.

The Concept of Citizenship

Citizenship at the Federal Zone (aka ZIP CODE in "the District) at the United States (read: 10 square mile enclave tucked in between Maryland and Virginia) is not just a legal status; it embodies certain rights and responsibilities placed as carrots dangling in front of the lives of all of its INTERNALS who chose "said benefits" over pure and true "freedoms our forefathers fought for" upon this Countryside -- outside of their massively fraudulent enclave of owned or ceded properties.

Falsified Citizens, all of them who got their IDENTITY STOLEN and stood-up into the Land of OZ are granted bogus fictional rights such as voting, freedom of speech, and protection under the law -- to only a certain extend as much as they can FIGHT FOR in some absolute tretchery of any THING called a COURT OF LAW. Anything given from that present Government can just as easily be taken away.... and TAKE they will. However, this status also comes with expectations regarding civic engagement and adherence to societal norms, such as belief that Attorneys and Lawyers and Legal Departments have any actual clout aside from bully scare tactics -- when one thinks they are the KING SHIT to be so tricked.

Rights and Responsibilities

As bogus, falsified and faked citizens, such unfortunate individuals are expected to participate in democratic processes and contribute to society. But never forget this:  America WAS NOT founded as a Democracy. This garnered participation, albeit voluntary, can sometimes be interpreted as aligning with the interests of powerful entities, including corporations and crme families that have significant sway over political processes through lobbying and campaign financing.  Just ask the failed USAID how that worked out for them in the long run.

Corporate Influence on Society

Corporations in the U.S. wield considerable power and gain significant unjust enrichment due to their economic resources predicated on generational theft from nearly every American past, present and future. They can manipulate politics, murder AMericans, influence legislation, play games in public policy, and even screw with cultural norms through various means such as psychological operations and deliberate poisonings:

  1. Lobbying: Corporations spend billions on lobbying efforts to shape laws that favor their interests.

  2. Campaign Contributions: By funding political campaigns, corporations can gain access to lawmakers and influence decision-making.

  3. Public Relations: Corporations often engage in extensive marketing campaigns that shape public perception and consumer behavior.

  4. Phony and fake religious organizations: Massively corruped religious oranizations, namely organized criminal talmudic judaism, play massive internation crime spree games by stealing from Americans, transfering funds overseas only to then land back in the pockets of corrupt public officials, namely those playing with the American purse strings.

The Corporate Personhood Doctrine

The concept of corporate personhood allows corporations certain legal rights similar to those of individuals. This doctrine has been reinforced by Supreme Court decisions such as Citizens United v. FEC (2010), which ruled that corporate funding of independent political broadcasts cannot be limited under the First Amendment.

Why else does the entire LEGAL SYSTEM switch people over (tacitly) into the roleplay known as "the Office of Person" as elluded to by former crime King Pin Barack Hussein Obama II who was supposedly a legitimate American President -- now proven otherwise?  It is because of the mischaracterization cast upon Americans to convert Americans into property owned by and ceded to foreign criminal cartels -- namely the CROWN and the POPE.

The Social Contract Between Citizens and Corporations

When individuals identify strongly as PERSONS with their citizenship, they may feel a sense of loyalty, patriotism or obligation towards their country’s institutions, including its economic slavery systems dominated by these fradulent false front Corporations. This relationship can create a dynamic where Citizens (abused 24x7) feel compelled to support or comply with corporate practices for several reasons:

  1. Economic Dependence: Many citizens rely on jobs provided by corporations for their livelihood.

  2. Consumerist Cultures: There is often an implicit expectation for citizens to support local businesses or national brands as part of their identity.

  3. Political Apathy: Some citizens may feel overwhelmed by the complexity of political systems influenced by corporate interests, leading them to disengage rather than challenge these powers.

  4. Fear of the Unknown:  Due to massive influence of public education, we have entire generations who believe in the fake United States history and haven't a clue how to think critically regarding the lies coming from all so-called government people (Agencies and faceless bureaucrats).

  5. Hearsay Manipulation: Everyone who hears some knd of jargon coming out of some opinion leader runs the risk of being misled, or could potentially fail at doing their own due diligence to self-govern thei personal affairs.

Psychological Factors

The psychological aspect also plays a role; when people see themselves primarily as citizens within a capitalist framework, they may internalize corporate values—such as competition and consumerism—as part of their identity. However, just as  soon as people realize the depth and scope of identity theft that has taken place at the hands of STATE AGENCIES, the people begin to seek other means to cope.

Further Concluding On Your Behalf

In depth now, for those who've read this far....

As a result of regarding oneself as a U.S. CITIZEN, which is just as contrived as it is imaginary, as your good name becomes intertwined in massive personal identity theft with broader societal structures influenced heavily by Corporations motivated by secret deals, back-room enclaves, outright criminality and gross breach of trust.

These ill-fated relationships, started during the Woodrow Wilson administration between 1913 and 1921, has directly led individual Americans to become subservient or beholden to corporate interests, namely odious National Debt, due to economic dependence, social expectations, and psychological factors that prioritize compliance over resistance and bending over backwards for evil foreign state aggression.

The impact of viewing oneself as a U.S. CITIZEN contributes significantly to feelings of subservience towards the above 188,000 kinds of corporate bodies through economic reliance, social norms promoting consumerism, fake news and psychological identification with capitalist values under the threat of forced compliance and all the duress that armed bullies can bring down on your head.

The Affidavit: "Denial of Corporate Existence":

That's why it may be a very good idea to seek out whatever pieces of education that might actually be available reasonably from one Guy Neighbors - slurred speech and all. See below...

His Affidavit Denial of Corporate Existence document can directly remove your full administrative capacities from the government’s statutory bully pulpit jurisdictions using God’s law and man’s law, to be in this world but not of it.

Apparently a seasoned law group of non-bar attorneys (the only kind you can possibly trust in) structured this dangling $150 dollar document, and it is apparently or purportedly the most incredible work yet available -- aside from the free work here at USOA.  The said document is relatively short, and you are able to execute the document to administratively deny everything leveled against your name and to remove your name from the Government’s statutory jurisdictions. Below is a small excerpt from the document:

"According to the first book of God’s Law and man’s law, Genesis 2:7 – 25, I am a man, one of humankind, mankind, a living soul natural person created by God according to the Word of God, the Bible and Holy Scriptures of the Christian faith, recognized by man’s law at the “Year of the Bible: Public Law 97-280, 96 STAT. 1211, 97TH Congress Joint Resolution. The law reads in part, “Whereas the Bible, the Word of God, has made a unique contribution in shaping the United States as a distinctive and blessed nation of people. This document will only be available for a short period from Guy Neighbors. Once the online course is launched, it will no longer be offered as a standalone document; it will only be provided in the new online course to crush the criminal prosecutor. If you are facing a criminal case offering prison or jail time, you must remove yourself from their jurisdiction and demand release. You can remove yourself from the government’s jurisdiction before the conviction and without a legal system fraud purveyor attorney. The affidavit, or rather "Testimony In The Form Of An Affidavit" Denial of Corporate Existence is new and taking the legal industry by storm."

You may find some value in taking (way too much) time to sift through and review a few of his other lawsuit packages filled with incessant jive talk, and those herky-jerk blog pages, to try and haphazardly keep your computer free of malware, to hopelessly stay updated with the real time feedback that this slurred speaking podcasting man uses to structure his program.

His "Stop Property Tax Lawsuit Package" includes the apparent purported pleading documents for two lawsuits that kick dirt in the faces of the legal profession: one for illegal taxations & one to stop the illegal foreclosure process. Now you can sue the policy wonks twice over!

My including of these links, free of charge to Mr. Neighbors, is not a paid endorsement of his less-than insightful rambling YouTube videos.

As soon as the "Free Speech Version" of the same sort of "Testimony In The Form Of An Affidavit" free document becomes available here at Unruly States of Affairs, the work I produce will be a completely FREE OF CHARGE as a SIMPLE UNENCUMBERED download -- as we never need this website to support our way of life -- not now, not ever.   No carrots. No strings.  Only solutions to something that should be unilaterally free -- the ability to defend your self and to cause crime to STOP PAYING the above mentioned bureaus.   As we know, bureaucrats never have a case.

THE ABUNDANCE PARADIGM: WHY AI FORCES A RETHINKING OF MONEY ITSELF — PART 1

By Ellen Brown on May 11, 2026

A Universal Basic Income (UBI) has long been proposed as a way to cushion the blow of jobs lost to automation. Under that model, everyone receives a modest monthly payment – enough to cover basic needs and prevent extreme poverty.

But Elon Musk has gone further. On April 16, he posted on X:

Universal HIGH INCOME via checks issued by the Federal government is the best way to deal with unemployment caused by AI.

Rather than a subsistence stipend, Universal High Income (UHI) would be a level of income allowing ordinary people to live well in a world where machines do most of the work. Musk has also said that AI and robotics are the only things that can solve the massive U.S. debt crisis.

That sounds promising, but where will the government get the money to pay the UHI? Critics say any government that tried it would go bankrupt. There are also other concerns, which will be addressed in Part 2 of this article. Here we will look at the financial underpinnings: why UHI is even thinkable, why AI forces a reexamination of how money enters the economy, why the current system cannot scale to meet what is coming, and the implicit transition needed to meet that challenge.

Why the Current Money System Cannot Scale

The national debt of the U.S. government just topped $39 trillion. China’s is $18.7 trillion. Japan’s is $8.6 trillion. Those of the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain are each in the multi-trillion-dollar range. Collective global debt now stands at $353 trillion, 305% of the world’s annual economic output. So even if, hypothetically, everything produced in the world in a year were applied toward liquidating the debt, it still would not be enough to pay it all off.

In fact the debt can never be repaid, because of the way money currently enters the system. Nearly all of the money supply today is created by banks when they make loans. Banks do not lend their existing capital. The loan itself creates the money. The bank adds the loan amount to the asset side of its balance sheet and balances that sum with the same amount on the liability side. When the borrower withdraws or transfers the funds, either the bank takes them from its reserves in “vault cash” or the Federal Reserve debits the bank’s digital reserve account at the central bank. But the lending bank typically has funds coming into its reserve account at about the same rate as they are going out, so its reserves are continually replenished. Thus a very small reserve account can support a much larger money creation engine. For decades before the Fed discontinued the reserve requirement in 2020, it hovered at around 10%.

The chief problem with this debt-based system is the interest, which the bank does not create in its original loan. For a typical long-term loan, interest can double the total tab or more. Where is the money to come from to pay this added liability? Across the system as a whole, it must either come from more borrowing or from existing funds. In the case of governments, that means issuing interest-bearing bonds or tapping taxes and other revenues. The interest on the debt compounds, meaning the government is paying interest on interest. This makes the debt increase exponentially, until it is mathematically unsustainable. Then bankruptcies occur, of banks or even whole governments. Booms turn into busts, and the cycle begins again.

Today, interest on the federal debt is the second largest budget line item after Social Security, exceeding $1 trillion. Meanwhile, workers are losing jobs to AI/robotics, shrinking the income tax base. The system is clearly unsustainable.

How to Raise Demand to Scale to the Upcoming Supply

A Universal High Income would replenish the shrinking tax base by replacing the lost wages of unemployed workers. But where will the money come from to pay the UHI? The only sustainable solution is for the government to issue it interest-free. That does not mean through the Federal Reserve, which creates money in the same way banks do: it buys federal interest-bearing securities with accounting entries. The Fed collects the interest, which it is supposed to return to the Treasury after deducting its costs. But since 2008, its costs include paying interest on the reserves of its participating banks, which consumes its profits. (See my earlier article here.)

The only interest-free, debt-free solution that will actually increase the money supply sufficiently to match the projected productivity of AI/robotics is for the money to be issued directly by the Treasury.

This is not a radical new idea. It is authorized in the U.S. Constitution, which provides in Article 1, Sec. 8, that “The Congress shall have Power To … coin Money [and] regulate the Value thereof .…” Abraham Lincoln used government-issued “Greenbacks” to avoid a crippling debt to British-backed bankers. Debt-free government-issued money was also the funding mechanism by which the American colonists succeeded in creating a thriving economy and liberating themselves from the oppressive yoke of the British Empire.

In his 1729 pamphlet “A Modest Inquiry into the Nature and Necessity of a Paper-Currency,” Benjamin Franklin argued that a lack of currency was a tax on industrious farmers and producers, and that a reliable, locally issued paper currency was the “oil” for the gears of trade. The “Nature and Necessity” of this currency was to facilitate the movement of goods between neighbors. Franklin observed that the British strategy of keeping the colonies short of cash was a method of economic suppression. By forcing the colonies to use gold and silver, which were constantly drained back to London to pay for imports, the Crown kept the colonies in a state of permanent debt and low productivity. When the money supply matched the productive capacity of the people, universal prosperity resulted without inflation.

This logic evolved into the “American System of Political Economy” championed by Henry Carey, economic advisor to Abraham Lincoln. He wrote:

Two systems are before the world… One looks to pauperism, ignorance, depopulation, and barbarism; the other in increasing wealth, comfort, intelligence, combination of action, and civilization. … One is the English system; the other we may be proud to call the American system, for it is the only one ever devised the tendency of which was that of elevating while equalizing the condition of man throughout the world.

In the context of the 21st century, the “oil” that best lowers the friction of trade is debt-free government-issued money similar to Lincoln’s Greenbacks and colonial scrip. Rather than implementing a radical financial innovation, we would be returning to our roots.

    Inflation or Deflation?

The chief objection to the colonies’ paper “scrip” was that they tended to over-print, so that “demand” (money) outstripped supply. Too much money chasing too few goods produced price inflation. But in the 21st century, we will soon have the opposite problem: too little money chasing too many goods. Machines don’t need food, clothing, shelter, transportation, medical treatment or other services. So who will buy those goods and services?

Money needs to be issued to human consumers, and not just to a few wealthy human consumers serving as debt brokers thriving on interest. To create sufficient demand for the voluminous output of AI/robotics, it needs to go to the whole national population, evenly distributed. Not only can UHI work in that sort of abundant supply without producing price inflation; it is actually essential to prevent deflation.

In a conversation on X, Musk wrote:

In a normal economy, issuing more money simply increases the dollar price of the existing output of goods & services, meaning people do NOT get more stuff. If AI/robotics massively increase goods & services output, then you actually MUST issue dollars to people or there will be massive disinflation.

As paraphrased on Yahoo Finance (reposted from Benzinga), Musk wrote that handing out more dollars becomes a problem only when the economy’s supply of goods and services fails to surge alongside the money supply. His claim is that AI and robotics could lift production so sharply that the bigger risk would be falling prices, not rising ones.

But aren’t falling prices a good thing? In this case, no. Prices would be falling due to a lack of demand, meaning producers can’t find customers for their products. They wind up laying off workers and eventually going bankrupt. When spread across the whole economy, the result is a deflationary spiral: prices fall, businesses lose revenue, and the economy contracts, not because production is inadequate but because purchasing power is insufficient. The result is recession or depression. In the Great Depression of the 1930s, food was rotting in the fields while people were starving, because they were out of work and had no money to spend.

Job cuts from AI are already happening. According to the same Benzinga article:

Evidence of near-term strain is showing up in corporate announcements: employers disclosed more than 27,000 job cuts linked to AI in the first quarter of 2026, according to Challenger, Gray & Christmas. The outplacement firm said that figure was up 40% from the same period a year earlier.

Robert Reich reports that wages are around two-thirds of the typical corporation’s total cost, and that in the first four months of 2026, big U.S. corporations cut over 128,000 jobs.

How Soon Will All This Happen?

Another Benzinga article, reposted on Yahoo Finance on March 16, detailed Musk’s projected time frame:

Speaking remotely to the Abundance Summit last week, Musk told XPRIZE founder Peter Diamandis that the global economy is on the verge of an explosion so massive it defies historical precedent.

“I’d say the economy is 10 times its current size in 10 years,” Musk said, before quickly clarifying that the growth could be even more explosive. “Greater than,” he added, framing the projected shift in economic output as a “fairly comfortable prediction.” …

Ray Kurzweil, author of The Singularity Is Near, sees AI reaching Artificial General Intelligence (human-level intelligence across virtually all domains) by 2029, and full transformative abundance by 2045.

Other experts question these time projections, but a radical transformation of traditional manufacturing and trade is likely to happen sometime in the reasonably near future. The question is, will the money system transition soon enough to rescue all the laid-off workers from homelessness and famine?

    The Sovereign Wealth Fund Alternative

There is another model for distributing the gains of automation, one that can be phased in gradually as the AI workforce expands. It comes from Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI. In an ironic twist, Altman and Musk, who jointly founded OpenAI in 2015, are now locked in a high-profile legal battle over whether Altman diverted Musk’s $44 million investment to transform what was conceived as a nonprofit “for the benefit of humanity” into a highly lucrative for-profit enterprise.

That dispute aside, Altman’s alternative model for sharing AI-generated wealth is a national sovereign wealth fund seeded by the profits of AI and robotics. His proposed American Equity Fund would take public stakes in the companies and technologies driving automation, capture a portion of the resulting productivity gains, and distribute them as universal dividends. The Fund would not replace a Universal High Income but would complement it.

This approach has several advantages. It ties payments directly to real output, scales automatically with productivity, and can be introduced gradually, avoiding the shock of issuing large payments before the supply side has fully expanded. It would resemble the Alaska Permanent Fund, which distributes oil revenues to residents, except that here the resource would be the most powerful general-purpose technology since electricity.

Conclusion: A New Monetary Logic for a New Productive Era

For centuries, money has been issued as a claim against the future productivity of human labor, repaid from the income that labor generates. The logic of this debt-based system collapses when machines become the primary producers of goods and services. Then the limiting factor becomes purchasing power — the ability of human beings to access the abundance their own technologies create. That requires a monetary architecture that expands with output rather than debt, and distributes income not through wages alone but through mechanisms tied to the productive capacity of the whole system.

Universal High Income and a sovereign wealth fund are two ways of doing that. One ensures a stable floor of demand; the other ensures that the public shares in the gains of automation. Both would be grounded in real production. But for the public to have access to those gains, the money supply needs to expand in proportion to the expanding pool of goods and services. This can be done by restoring the innovation our forefathers baked into the Constitution: debt-free money issued by the government itself.

How to fund a UHI without triggering inflation or driving the government into bankruptcy is the first objection critics raise, but there are others. They argue that people would stop working or stop learning, that society would collapse into idleness or chaos, that life would lose meaning without jobs, that the government would have the power to control how people spend their money.  Will a UHI ring in the promised utopia or lock us into a state-controlled digital prison? Part 2 of this article will address those concerns.
