The Minnesota Assembly

To all papered-up sovereign Minnesotans,

Now as your Unruly States of Affairs publisher, I James Allen Homyak, have completed my State National Declaration Documents, and I am proud to introduce you to something powerful that is going to rectify the unruly states of affairs that take place and have taken in America for the better part of 160 years.

Please enjoy your time learning, as I have, at The Minnesota Assembly, and take a moment to hit me up with any comments or questions by sending email to me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and allow me some time to respond. Now, without further ado, here is Minnesota Assembly. <click here>

What can I learn?

  • Learn about The Sheppard-Towner Act

On November 23, 1921 President Warren Harding signed the Sheppard-Towner Act into law requiring the registration of all births. That is where the birthing hospital gets at least Three Thousand Dollars as a bonus for inticing parents to inform on their new baby being born. The baby is then deemed to be a "human being" which ultimately is defined as a monster and becomes a LEGAL PERSON personified into State of Minnesota property assets to be stolen from and taxed forever.

  • Learn about the Mutual Offset Credit Exemption Exchange (MOCEE)

For a contract to be valid it needs 4 things:
    1. Mutual Assent = Full Disclosure/Meeting of the minds
    2. Consideration = Price paid for a promise
    3. Valid Subject Matter = No contract killing, drug deals, etc
    4. Competent Parties = No Minors, No Inebriation, under the influence

There are so many perks to actually being a Minnesotan once again, in practice, on paper and in the public record.

The 'Mutual Credit Offset Exemption Exchange available via our 'Sign In America' Vendor Card program. We bring a modern twist of the 'Discharging' redemption function of HJR-192. Our own Scott Erdman Pankow has been doing a fantastic job of this.

Properly papered-up Minnesotans (people in each state that is in session) may then discharge their public debt via the Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemption through Sign In America Program; rewarding and fun for the whole family!  There will be a set of strict rules, which are forthcoming. Stay tuned.
