Upon the geographic Minnesota landscape, and in pursuit of happiness, between the years of 1966 and 2010, I had lived for a time near each of the following (generally Twin Cities and south central Minnesota) places: Credit River, Prior Lake, Shakopee, Bloomington, Saint Paul, South Saint Paul, Eagan, Minneapolis, Fridley, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Minnetonka, Mound, Excelsior, Long Lake, Golden Valley, Saint Louis Park, Stillwater, Wyoming, Stacy, North Branch, Forest Lake, Grand Marais, Finlayson and White Bear Lake.
Upon the geographic continental United States, between the years of 2010 and 2016, I have lived upon Wyoming for a time near Wheatland, Thermopolis, Meeteetse and Cody. Upon geographic Montana I had lived for a time near Fromberg, Lewistown, Polson, Missoula and Hamilton. Similarly, I’ve sojourned upon Colorado, near Loveland, Boulder, Pueblo and Fort Morgan. Upon Nebraska, I travelled pretty much all west of the areas near Kearney. Lastly, I cite various times and places across Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, the Dakotas, Iowa, Minnesota, Idaho, Washington and Oregon geographical territories.
Strong emphasis is placed on the fact that I never lived upon lands that were owned by or ceded to the state or federal business entities as defined in this paper. However, also in those days, I had not known that I would one day need this Administrative Record to distinguish my knowledge of the fact that political status, governing law and venue was then presumed to hold my LEGAL PERSONS as its subjects.
